🍂 Kick Off Week 1 of the Fall into Fitness Challenge – Happy Labor Day! 🍂

Hello Reader,

Happy Labor Day! 🎉 We hope you’re enjoying a well-deserved break today. As we celebrate the holiday, it’s also the perfect time to kick off our "Fall into Fitness" challenge!

Week 1: Falling for Cardio

This week, we’re focusing on fun and effective cardio workouts that fit your busy schedule. Whether relaxing today or spending time with family, these exercises are designed to help you stay active and energized all week.

Here’s the plan:

  • Day 1: 20-minute brisk walk or a light jog – enjoy the fresh late-summer air!
  • Day 2: 15-minute HIIT workout – quick and powerful.
  • Day 3: Active rest day – treat yourself to light stretching or yoga.
  • Day 4: 30-minute cardio of your choice – walk, run, bike, or dance it out.
  • Day 5: 10-minute stair workout – step it up!
  • Day 6: Family activity day – hike, walk, or play a sport together.
  • Day 7: 20-minute power walk – challenge yourself to pick up the pace.

Tips for Success:

  • Stay Hydrated: Keep a water bottle handy and sip throughout the day, especially if you’re out and about.
  • Listen to Your Body: If you’re feeling sore or tired, take it easy and focus on gentle movements or stretching.
  • Involve the Family: Turn your workouts into family time! It’s a great way to set an example and make fitness fun.

We’d love to see your progress, so feel free to share your workouts or favorite fall activities in the group. Let’s support each other as we fall into fitness together!

I wish you a fantastic Labor Day and a terrific start to the challenge!

Maybe you've thought:"I only have 15 minutes, so I'll skip it." Or... "I already ate something unhealthy today, so I might as well start over Monday." I've been...

Hello Reader, Can you believe it's already July? It's been a little while since I've landed in your inbox, and honestly... I've been thinking about you. Over the past several weeks, I've been soaking up some much-needed family time, making memories with my kids, and taking a step back to enjoy the moments that matter most. While I was away, I found myself thinking about the incredible moms in this community and how easy it is for all of us to put ourselves at the bottom of the list. Life gets...

Hello Reader, Quick truth: You’re not always going to feel motivated. And that’s okay. The women who get results? They don’t rely on motivation… They rely on discipline. That looks like: ✔ Doing the workout even when you don’t feel like it✔ Making better choices even when you're tired✔ Showing up even when it’s not convenient Motivation comes and goes. But discipline? That’s what keeps you going. Today, I want you to do ONE thing you’ve been putting off. Just one. Then build from there. Reply...
